AMIs use the eurolinux
user for ssh. It’s also recommended to run sudo yum update -y && reboot
commands that will update and reboot the system before further use. In order to make potential adaptation easier, we have added a free trial period, which allows you to test EuroLinux AMI as a base for your solutions.
Moreover, we also allow ourself to provide AMIs for other Enterprise Linux distributions, including, among others, CentOS 7 and CentOS 8 AMI. It will enable you to use a different well-known system, and at the same time ensures a more secure solution compared to community AMIs, by using an AWS Marketplace compliant AMI from a reliable source. Usage instructions for each image can be found on their pages.
Lastly, it’s also important to stress that EuroLinux partners and clients can request a BYOL (Bring Your Own License) type AMI. This image type is available on-demand.
