The subscription price for a physical server does not depend on the number of CPUs on the server
Virtual servers are counted in the entire infrastructure and are not assigned to a physical host - they can freely migrate between nodes.
Additional modules (add-ons) are included in the subscription price (there is no need to purchase them separately).
We offer three levels of support:
- Premium - complete support provided 24h/7
- Standard - complete support provided in normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9-17)
- Basic - installation support provided in normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9-17)
